삼성/LG/LH/인천스마트시티(주) 출신의 MAN POWER 를 주축으로 ’99년 설립, 리조트개발 분야는 국내제일의 리조트 개발경험과 KNOW-HOW를 축적하여 왔고, 주로 대기업, 지자체 등(삼성, 현대성우, LG, 효성, SK, CJ, 대교그룹, 군인공제회 삼환기업, 경기도청, 부천시,수자원공사 등) 위주로 사업을 영위하다 2020년초부터 SMART GREEN CITY로 전환 재생에너지(RE100) 기반의 GREEN CITY로 국토부 스마트시티조성사업 지자체 국비조달 업무 추진(부산시, 제주도, 전북군산 등) 해외 아프리카 까지 사업을 전개 중 입니다

Founded in 1999 by MAN POWER from Samsung/LG/LH/Incheon Smart City Co., Ltd., the resort development field has accumulated Korea's best resort development experience and KNOW-HOW. Mainly focusing on large corporations and local governments (Samsung, Hyundai Sungwoo, LG, Hyosung, SK, CJ, Daekyo Group, Military Mutual Aid Association, Gyeonggi Provincial Office, Bucheon City, Water Resources Corporation, etc.) Since early 2020, it has been converted to SMART GREEN CITY. With the GREEN CITY based on renewable energy (RE100), the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is promoting the smart city development project of local governments to overseas Africa (Busan City, Jeju Island, and Gunsan, North Jeolla Province)
